			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Been a bit slack with the postings. I&#8217;ve still been following the program, though have missed a few workouts &#8211; sometimes it&#8217;s just impossible to fit it in, especially if we need to follow the sleep rules (which is not something I&#8217;d be willing to skimp on anyway). I leave for work at about 7am and don&#8217;t get home til 6pm which doesn&#8217;t leave a lot of time. It would be easier if I could do something in my lunchbreak but apart from the power circuit they require weights and there&#8217;s no way I can bring my weights to work with me as I cycle to work.</p>
<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m doing my best to stick to it but trying not to be too hard on myself if I miss the odd workout. While my measurements didn&#8217;t show any change I&#8217;ve had comments from people that my arms look really &#8216;ripped&#8217; so I&#8217;m pretty happy about that!</p>

<p>I liked doing the power circuit last as it&#8217;s a bit more gentle &amp; yoga-like, so not too keen on having to do the meltdown &amp; ICP at 8.30pm. But if that&#8217;s what the rules say then I guess I&#8217;m doing it!</p>

<p>Muscle pain almost gone &amp; increased weight again &#8211; 12kg kettlebell for squats, 7kg dumbells for shoulders &amp; 6kg med ball for lunges. Was thinking 12kg is still not quite enough &amp; maybe I should get a 16 and/or 20kg kettlebell but then had a great idea &#8211; I have a 10kg kettlebell and a 6kg medicine ball and after doing some quick maths (10 + 6 = 16), I thought I&#8217;d try lifting them both at once and hey &#8211; it worked!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s kinda warm here today (probably mid-30s) so I wanted to do as much as I could before it got too hot, so I did the meltdown and cardio back-to-back around 8am.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Still a bit sore so made it a bit easier for myself by doing &#8216;girl&#8217; pushups. plan to go back to the &#8216;guy&#8217; version as soon as my muscles stop aching though.
